Wellness Wednesday #14 - Peppermint Oil

Peppermint is popular in countless forms, from toothpaste to chewing gum. As an essential oil, it is useful to ease breathing and as a digestive aid.

  

My favorite use for dōTERRA's peppermint oil is for tummy troubles. I just rub it on my stomach for soothing comfort. (*You don't want to use this one (unless heavily diluted) while pregnant or nursing - it can decrease your milk production.*)
Most people get head tension quite often, rub some on your temples and the back of your neck to get soothe that area.
It's also a great energy booster when you need respiratory support to clear your sinuses and give you some energy to get some things done.
