Wii Fit Fun and Great Outdoors

Monday
Beast Academy
Geography, they chose to learn more about Idaho since that's where two of them were born.

Wii Fit - this was fun to get out and use again.

Tuesday
They spun the wheel for Art & Science so I remembered this Milk Art Science Experiment.

Then they spun Kiwi Crate, but we don't have a new one yet so we went to their website to look for project. We attempted chain reaction Popsicle sticks but kept getting stuck on one part. We got closer while watching a video, but still stuck.

Beast Academy
More Wii Fit - we are loving it.
We made Snack Crack and Spaghetti Squash

We did a walk around the block.
They earned some candy after all the things we got done today.

Wednesday
Since my daughter is in 4th grade, she can get a Parks Pass and the whole car she is in can get in free at many national parks.

We went to one. They complained about hiking so we headed to the reservoir. Then they said they wanted to hike so we went to another place and did a waterfall hike.
It's wonderful to spend the day outside and be in nature. I think we'll come back on my birthday in a couple weeks =) My youngest was so sad to leave.

Thursday
Pixel Art Math while listening to Harry Potter audio book.

They also landed on Create a Video again so I had them respond to How I Hear Him question.

Friday
Both my best friend and Home Centered Learning suggested this Joy video so we started off with that after our morning routine. Then the kids spun the wheel and got Reading and Cooking. We blended up lots of sausage patties, eggs, milk, drop of Rosemary essential oil, peppers, broccoli and topped with cheese to make frittatas for Conference weekend.

I added extra things to our spinner wheel and fixed one of the parts that fell off because for a while it seemed they were getting the same thing over and over. Fixing it helped a lot.
In the afternoon, they got to play with Smart Links, then do Beast Academy

Then they worked on their workbooks while watching a homeschool approved show.
