13th Work-out Wednesday

Here are my stats:
Height: 5'4
Beginning Measurements
  • Around the Belly: 39 in. (47 in. 38 weeks pregnant with my daughter- I was only 45 in. with my son, but I weighed almost 10 lbs. more)
  • Waist: 38in.
  • Around my bottom: 40.25 in.
  • Upper Arm: 12.25 in.
  • Inner Thigh: 23.5 in
Goal: flatter tummy - 34 in. around my belly (so I don't look pregnant still when I wear my pre-pregnancy shirts), 130 by December 31st.

Ideally would love to be 120-125 again and 30-32 in again.
Pre-pregnancy: 131 lbs. Gained 36 lbs. when pregnant:  167 lbs.
Beginning weight: 147 lbs.

Today's Weight: 136 lbs. - not much change. I've been doing a lot of cleaning and reorganizing, but I've eaten lots of junk because I don't want to go shopping when we'll be leaving on a little vacation soon. Plus I've been stressed trying to get so much done!

I wanted to share with you a link to 60 second stress solutions from Parents.com. I know for some people when they get overly stressed, it's very hard to lose weight. I know just being a mom and trying to get so much done and spend time with your kids, I've been super stressed these past couple of weeks. When I tried the move in the picture below, it actually did wonders to help me relieve tension and stress!

What are some of your stress relievers?

i also get super stressed and then it's hard for me to lose the weight. i have found that taking ME time has helped. this is done by giving myself a manicure, taking a bath at night, reading a book, etc. it usually happens at night while damans watching tv and sophie is sleeping. i have found that i can get through the day better when i know i have some relaxing to look foward to!
