78th Fashionable Fridays

Here's is another outfit using something from Freecycle. The blue dress is freecycled!
I did lots of layering with this outfit: white tank, blue dress used for a shirt, brown  belt, and white cardi all over my skinny jeans from Kohls and paired with a white necklace from Wal-mart
