Wellness Wednesday #4

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of My Well-Being Powered by Humana for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
I just tried this new site: mywell-being.com.My Well-Being is a pretty interesting and cool site. First thing I like about it is how it doesn't just talk about your physical well being like diet and exercise like many other health sites do, but it addresses health and wellness. I thinking addressing both aspects is extremely important in one's life. Wellness meaning financial, social, and entertainment along with health.

I just signed up and when you sign up you can choose to get a FREE Dummies book mailed out to you. I chose the Well-Being for Dummies book, but they also have the choice of Retirement for Dummies or Living the Boomer Life for Dummies.
Immediately after signing up, I took the little wellness assessment. The questions were really specific and insightful even. My results showed that I need to improve the money/financial aspect of my life, but my social life was pretty good. I think that's pretty accurate. I wish improving the money/financial part was so easy though! Wouldn't that be nice!?
Here's a video explaining more about the site.

About MyWell-Being from mywell-being on Vimeo.

After looking around the site, I really liked what I saw. One link even lead to the Fly Lady, a great site to help you get back on track especially with organizing your life.
One of the main stories that intrigued me was "5 Ways of Saving Money while Staying Healthy." Lately I've been really interested in eating more fruits and vegetables, having it the biggest part of my plage. Living in a small town with little competition in shopping, prices for those things are expensive. I hope to read some helpful things in that article.
I'm really excited to explore this site more because I'm seeing a lot of great articles that could be really beneficial in my life right now. I'll definitely have to pin this site and keep it on my bookmarks toolbar for frequent reference =)
