Baby Shower Event - Fashionable Fridays #39 - Paint that Nail

Special Fashionable Fridays for the Baby Shower Event from Paint that Nail.

Since this week is Maryanne's baby shower event I am doing baby themed nails! On my thumb I wrote "new born", pointer finger balloons, middle finger there are hearts, ring finger a baby bottle and on the pinky there is a baby rattle. I am showing how to do the baby bottle because I think that was the most baby relate item on my nails. Ignore the maker on my hand it is from my day at school, it wouldnt come off sorry! 

First put a base coat then paint a base color. I am using Ulta- fuchsiamania. Then take a white and mix it with clear(base or top coat). Make a rectangle with a paintbrush, toothpick or bobby pin. 

Now take a pink(if it isn't light enough you can just mix it with white) and put in on the top and bottom of the rectangle.

Lastly make a line across the top of the rectangle with a very light orange(I mixed mine with clear and white nail polish). Once the line is made, make a line down and round off where the two lines connect and make sure the top is round just like a baby bottle!

How fun Krystin! Thanks for sharing this Baby Shower nails. Love the baby bottle and rattle. Love the other party style nails for a baby shower too =D You're so creative! Maybe when my little girl comes, I'll get better at painting my nails because I'll be painting hers =D
