She is so great to work with. I told her the colors I wanted: hot pink, lime green, black and white. Since she's local, she quickly brought fabric samples together and came over to show me and to find out what patterns I liked. I was nervous about my choices that I liked trying to figure out in my head how all these pieces would come together and look good. Well Danielle sure has the brain for this. You would think it would be like picking out scrapbook paper, but I just couldn't think the same. Danielle put all the fabrics I liked and others that went well to make this beautiful quilt. She made it in less than 3 weeks too - so fast. I told her not to hurry, but she did it so fast.
I can't help just stare at it and look at all the patterns on it. If it keeps my attention, just tihnk how great it would be for a baby. I especially love the rik rak hot pink ribbon on the edge.
Here it is in the crib area.......the quilt was made to be the same size as a crib blanket.
If I had money, I could buy fabric to make a matching bed skirt and bumpers. Oh well at least we have bedding for her right. Here's a picture of her crib area. I really love it although the bedding inside the crib doesn't match. The bedding inside is just a crib set I had before with a star theme (that was my son's theme).
Be sure to check out Rosy Cheek Boutique. She makes so many beautiful items: handcrafted items for infants, toddlers and children.

I am new to your blog and just wanted you to know I enjoy the modest clothing sites
That is absolutely gorgeous, I'm having so much trouble finding cute bedding for baby boys I may have to go with getting something custom made too!
That is a beautiful quilt!!
